Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities for steel fabrication and welding operations
- Supervise fabrication of cooling tower structures, FRP components, and assemblies
- Ensure adherence to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and welding quality standards
- Monitor cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, and assembly processes
- Coordinate with design and planning teams for drawings, BOM, and production schedules
- Ensure on-time production as per project timelines and delivery commitments
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce rework
- Maintain quality control standards and coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections
- Manage shop floor workforce, including fabricators, welders, and operators
