About the job. 
National Highways have a great opportunity for a Spatial Data Manager within the GIS and Registration Team. Your role will be to manage the production of spatial data for the digital highway boundary project (RedLine) and cadastral data for our ‘accelerated registration’ project with HM Land Registry. RedLine is published internally and externally to support various uses including maintenance contracts, road network boundary discussions and land valuations. 

This role will be based from our Manchester office.
Provide leadership to the RedLine team; developing skills, coaching and fostering a culture that aligns to our values
Take ownership of the RedLine project by delivering on monthly key performance indicators, mitigating risks to the project, working with the assurance team on data quality and ensuring the future health of the product
