Job Description Summary In this role, as an Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology (AMRT) Special Process Development Engineer you will be responsible for developing & industrializing repair processes such as welding, brazing, machining, surface preparation & treatment, and inspection processes, on a variety of industrial gas turbine components to deliver value to our global GE Vernova business partners. You will be part of AMRT Repair Development team to standardise and develop processes for the global repair network to deliver quality and productivity. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Develop new manufacturing and repair process technology to assist component teams in implementing repair strategies or fulfilling factory NPI requirements.
This role will focus more on developing automation and robotics process.
Create a validation plan for repair materials/process technology in conjunction with New Repair Introduction engineers.
