Job Description

In this role as you coordinate urgent and critical shipments, ensuring that spare parts, essential documents, or sensitive cargo arrive quickly, reliably, and safely anywhere in the world. With your expertise in AOG, aviation, and aerospace, you are at the heart of operations that make a difference and contribute directly to the success of our clients and our company.

Tasks

Your main tasks would be:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor tailor-made transport solutions for extremely urgent shipments until delivery

  • Prepare quotations taking into account time constraints and economic factors

  • Handle requests and requirements from international clients and partners

  • Provide personalized, premium-level client contact and follow-up

  • Draft and send transport documents and tracking reports
