About the Role
The Business Analyst will support the execution and implementation of system enhancements. This role focuses on delivering both strategic initiatives and BAU improvements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end delivery and implementation of strategic projects and BAU enhancements
Support and resolve end-user enquiries and system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including investigation, root cause analysis, user satisfaction and adherence to service standards
