Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Handles and resolves manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases based on company’s policies and procedures
  • Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and merchants
  • Liaises with internal departments and external merchants to fulfil booking amendments and refunds
  • Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company’s system
  • Keeps updated with company procedures and processes
  • Shares merchant feedback with relevant departments for further improvements
