Job Description

This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to interact, support and/or provide services to non-French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or outside the province of Quebec.

Work Schedule

Assigned schedule will be based on business needs within our hours of operation; Monday to Saturday: 8am - 8pm, Sunday: 10am-6pm.

What you’ll need

  • Working knowledge of Personal and Small Business Banking Products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and proactively establish personal connections.
