Duties & Responsibilities Buy Smartly Preparation of Purchase orders Dealing with various suppliers Dealing with Bureau Veritas SADC certificates Dealing with the warehouse and transporters Collating the delivery and collection of documents Collating of supplier’s tax invoices Negotiating discounts and rebates with suppliers Negotiating transport rates Liaising with the Accountant’s Preparation of export tax invoices and necessary export documents Building of trucks for your clients Handling transport insurance Liaising with Clearing Agents Liaising with Zimbabwean team Maintaining a detailed tracking sheet Maintaining client relationships Attending to client quotes within 48 hours
