Job Description
Responsible for leading the CRM initiatives for SAMCAM region, combining the Preferred Member strategy and Distributor efforts. Will oversee CRM team, brainstorming, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience solutions, and for diffusing communication best practices. Support communications. Prepare campaign performance reports, and manage projects and maintenance for MyHerbalife, Herbalife.com, and microsites. Use AI tools to improve task performance and increase the efficiency of the department. Negotiates with regional teams to ensure Distributors and Preferred Member have the best possible communication experience with Herbalife.
Education & Experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in communications/CRM
