Designated Beauty Advisor providing expert skincare consultations and personalized product recommendations on the sales floor. Deliver exceptional client service to build lasting relationships and drive sales for the brand. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure an elevated presentation of the beauty floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-on-one consultations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and commission goals.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Ensure merchandise presentation, stock levels, and tester areas are maintained to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions and manage returns with professionalism and accuracy.
