Specialist/ Engineer - Equipment Engineering

AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry.
