Specialist HSE Technical Engineer KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractor's Office in Abu Dhabi and later move to an Asian location for the FEED phase. 
Key Responsibilities HSE Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance on HSE policies, procedures, and standards across projects and operations.  
Interpret and implement local, regional, and international HSE regulations.  
Act as a subject matter expert for process safety, risk assessments, and incident investigations.  
Risk Assessment & Management Lead and participate in hazard identification studies (HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, etc.).  
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
