Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Analyze state processes and design future state automated workflows suitable for unattended execution 
  • Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) documenting: Process scope, inputs, outputs, and exceptions As Is and To Be process flows Business rules and dependencies
  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) detailing: Technical architecture and integration approach Data sources, APIs, and system interactions Error handling, logging, and resiliency patterns
  • Design and develop Power Automate Cloud Flows utilizing APIs, connectors, and structured data to support reliable system to system integration 
  • Develop Power Automate Desktop flows for unattended automation of legacy or UI based systems where APIs are not available
