Specialist, IT Infrastructure & Operations

Responsibilities In search for a competent and dynamic individual contributor for daily operations, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure and Operations. This includes servers, storage, but with a primary focus on networking, and cyber security management in a Hybrid cloud environment. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will also work with other IT teams to ensure that the organization's IT systems are aligned with the business goals. Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Investigate and resolve network outages or performance bottlenecks.
Network Infrastructure Management Assist in the configuration and deployment of network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls). Maintain and update network documentation and diagrams.
