About the role

Specialist OSS Operations & Support is responsible for managing Operations, Support & Planning of various Platforms deployed on OSS, EMS & Underlying Layers along with Service Desk platforms in use across the Organization.

The role reports directly to the Manager OSS.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations of OSS, EMS, Service Desk, OWS & other related platforms.
  • Device strategy to oversee smooth operations & transformation of Service Desk Platforms in use across organization.
  • Provide techno functional support for smooth running of Service Desk Platforms.
  • Work on proposals / strategies to improve cost efficiencies.
  • Tactical Planning & Execution to ensure risk mitigation and sustainability of NOC Platforms.
