Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior HSE Engineer (Project – Offshore) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required
- The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects of offshore projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, international standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across all project phases.
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessments, and safety studies for offshore construction and operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, OHSAS, API, IMO), and company HSE policies.
