Mandatory Occurrence Reporting System
- Ensure relevant information and data on safety reported via the GCAA Mandatory Occurrence Reporting System is processed collected analyzed stored protected and disseminated in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
- Perform quality checks and completeness of data once report are submitted
- Classify occurrences in line with the GCAA event taxonomy scheme. Assignment of Reports to the Principal Inspectors if required.
- Act as a custodian of the Mandatory Occurrence SDCPS protect the sources & the GCAA against liabilities arising from the process
Promotion of Safety Culture
