Job Description

The Specialist - Technology Transfer and Innovation is responsible for managing the transfer of technology and intellectual property (IP) from research and development (R&D) to commercial applications. This role involves identifying potential IP, evaluating its commercial potential, and facilitating its transfer to industry partners. The specialist will work closely with researchers, legal teams, and industry partners to ensure successful technology transfer and commercialization.

Innovation: 
Supports the manager with execution of the innovation Lab goals as per Sidra Medicine’s priorities and aligned with the research strategy.
Helps build the innovation Lab within Sidra Medicine.
Supports the manager to develop policies and procedures for the Innovation Office
Supports the manager to set up a system to administer and triage potential projects embedded in the Innovation Lab.
