What is Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision?
Working in 24 x 7 shifts for fault monitoring, troubleshooting/providing first level support for ongoing issues related to IT and Core domains. The role reports directly to the Manager Core Supervision and this team comprises of 5 team members.
Expert/Specialist NOC Supervision - Core
Key Responsibilities
- Fault Monitoring and reporting for Core nodes
- Engagement and escalation to all stakeholder teams
- Planned Network activities support
- NMS Health Checks
- Service Requests Handling
- Health Checks of various platforms/tools
Key Deliverables
- Alarm monitoring of various domains like CS Core, PS Core, IN and VAS
- Service impact calculation of outage incidents
- IN complaints handling
- IMEI Whitelisting service requests handling...
