Job Description

Provides diagnostic assessment, treatment, and consultation for children with disorders of speech, language, cognitive or social communication, swallowing, and related conditions. This role involves developing and implementing evidence-based individualized care plans to improve communication skills, feeding/swallowing, and overall quality of life. Speech pathologists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational and physical therapists, psychologists, and educators, as well as caregivers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

**Required Education and Experience**
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.

**Required Credentials**
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

**Preferred**
Pediatric hospital experience.
