Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize fitness programs, lead the integration of scientific principles into training protocols.
- Supervise a team of trainers and provide strategic insights to enhance overall fitness outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field. MSC preferred.
- Certification: Certified as a sport scientist and trainer in the candidate's home country with additional certifications in data analysis preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Fitness or sports training environment, with significant experience in a senior or supervisory role.
