What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, with a strong background in SQL and database management
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training programs using a variety of methods and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor content and delivery to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and develop customized solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data analysis tools and techniques
- Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in training and development
