THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Squad Engineering Leader for Agentic, you will translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows — configuring, integrating, and operating autonomous agents that drive measurable enterprise outcomes with full auditability and human-in-the-loop oversight. You will also lead a cross-functional squad, providing technical direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring consistent, on-time delivery.

• Design and configure AI agents, mapping business logic into agent tasks, decision trees, and sub-agent chains.
• Integrate autonomous agents into broader IT and business process ecosystems — connecting LLMs, REST APIs, credential libraries, and data sources.
• Configure specialised sub-agents for operations such as data extraction, forecasting, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
