Squad Lead

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, a key player in the ICT industry and part of the OTE Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Squad Lead to lead and mentor a dynamic team of software professionals. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment.
• Manages cross-app dependencies, leads the technical shift strategy, and is the single project management interface with head of unit and senior management.
• Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.
