Job location: Hershey, PA * Summary* The Chocolate DCS team is responsible for driving brand strategy, marketing & product innovation, and whitespace growth across Hershey’s chocolate portfolio and adjacent categories for brands including Reese’s, Hershey’s Kit Kat, PayDay, Cadbury, and Brookside amongst many others. The Chocolate DCS Sr.ABM/ABM – Kit Kat & Variety will be responsible for developing holistic and strategic consumer-grounded growth initiatives in support of the Kit Kat and Variety brand portfolio. They will lead strategy formation and project execution to address trends, unmet consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities to achieve Hershey’s growth ambitions.
