The Business Development unit is responsible for generating revenue, new business opportunities, and developing the Health of the Survey. The Business Development team encompasses strategies for boosting revenue, business expansion on the multi-sector survey program, and partnerships for better profitability.

The Sr. Account Manager, as a member of the Business Development team, has a key role in sustaining and growing market surveys through focused engagement and the conversion of non-paying participants into clients.

As a Community™ Practitioner, the Sr. Account Manager has a deep understanding of the Community™ Market product and how it can serve as a channel to access the other components of Community™.
