Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, mathematics, statistics, or related field such as business, finance, economics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services with Credit Risk related accountabilities from Adjudication to Account Management including collections across credit product(s).
- Understanding of Credit Risk fundamentals and how credit lifecycle strategies are developed/managed e.g., using the right set of internal or credit bureau attributes/scores that help drive revenue and reduce losses.
- Must have a business understanding of respective product(s) P&L; e.g. profitability and loss provisions.
- Understanding of credit bureau(s) data is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in managing formulas and pivot table.
- Proficient in building PowerPoint presentations with clear messaging.
