The Senior Advisory Associate serves as the primary relationship lead and trusted advisor for Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families. This is a high-impact, client-facing operations role for someone who thrives on building efficient systems, managing complex workflows, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will serve as the operational backbone of the team, directly supporting advisors, interfacing with clients, and driving process improvements that support the firm's growth.
