Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the modernization of a legacy enterprise advantages administration platform using cutting-edge AI development tools and agent‑based workflows such as Claude, Codex, and other AI‑assisted engineering technologies.
This role requires a strong full‑stack engineer who can independently design, build, and modernize both backend systems and frontend applications while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, improve architecture, and enhance product delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications and creating ultra‑modern, high‑quality UI/UX experiences for complex business platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with more than 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong full‑stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and enterprise platforms
