Sr. Analyst – Cash Office Operations acts as the operational supervisor and subject-matter expert , ensuring quality execution, issue resolution, and adherence to controls across assigned Cash Office activities. This role bridges analysts and management, supporting stability and continuous improvement.
What you´ll do
- Supervise daily execution of cash reconciliations and policy close activities.
- Review and validate work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage exceptions, escalations, and root-cause investigations.
- Ensure SOP adherence and contribute to process documentation updates.
- Support training, onboarding, and coaching of analysts.
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
