Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Evaluate Processes: Assess HR and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies, HCM standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics, performance data, and process efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance of HCM Activities: Review and audit employee records, payroll, benefits, and HR transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to Human Capital Management standards.
  • Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance HR operations, efficiency, and overall service quality.
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management; communicate findings and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
