Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and resources.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
Policy Development
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct environmental scans and benchmark against industry and healthcare sector best practices
  • Engage stakeholders to build consensus and secure buy-in
  • Monitor and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation, organisational decisions and sector guidelines
