Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AWS Support Engineer to join our global support team. This hybrid role based in Mississauga, with up to two days remote per week, involves managing and resolving complex AWS‑related issues, mentoring frontline engineers, improving processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage support cases, ensuring efficient progression and escalation as needed.
  • Mentor and support frontline support engineers, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
  • Act as senior technical authority to resolve complex issues internally, reducing escalations to AWS (L3).
  • Engage in hands‑on troubleshooting of advanced technical issues across AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda).
