Sr. BIM Manager (Lahore)

Switzel International is hiring an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for local and international projects from our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing BIM workflows, guiding production teams, and ensuring high-quality project outputs across all disciplines. Responsibilities: Lead and manage BIM production teams for Architecture, Structure, and MEP. Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and templates. Coordinate models, review clash reports, and ensure project compliance with ISO 19650 requirements. Review and approve BIM deliverables including LOD-specific models and drawings. Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project needs. Prepare BEPs, MIDPs, model audit reports, and QC documentation. Support training and mentoring of BIM modelers and coordinators. Work closely with global teams on Middle East and international projects.
