Job Description
Switzel International is expanding its BIM delivery team and looking for experienced Senior BIM Modelers and BIM Coordinators across Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines to support high-profile international projects.
The ideal candidates must have strong technical BIM skills, coordination experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality models and drawings following international BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed BIM models for respective disciplines:
Architecture
Structure
Mechanical (HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Protection)
Electrical (Power / Lighting / ELV)
Prepare and review:
LOD 300/350/400/500 BIM models
Shop drawings
Construction documentation
As-built models and drawings
Perform discipline coordination and resolve technical/modeling issues.
Coordinate with BIM Managers, Engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Support clash detection and coordination using Naviswor...
