Job Description
Role Responsibilities (End-to-End Ownership)
- Translate high-level executive ideas into business cases and detailed requirements
- Challenge and refine stakeholder asks (including executive-level pushback)
- Conduct deep business process analysis and impact assessment
- Drive stakeholder alignment across execs, ops, and delivery teams
- Ensure traceability from requirements → delivery → outcomes
- Act as a risk identifier during delivery
- Support multi-team coordination (up to 5+ delivery teams)
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective
- Participate in go/no-go decisioning and executive reporting
- Define post-implementation success metrics and validation plans
