Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications.
- Construct install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood plywood and other materials.
- Measure cut shape and assemble materials with precision using hand and power tools.
- Oversee and coordinate carpentry work on construction sites ensuring timely and highquality completion.
- Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and project requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers architects and other trades to ensure project success.
- Estimate materials costs and labor requirements for projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
