Job Description

**Essential Job Functions**

+ **Business Development:** Develop new business opportunities, including new customers, new vertical markets, new products, and new channels. Prioritize opportunities, execute, and convert them into real business.
+ **Value-Based Selling:** Shift the sales dialogue from pure hardware specifications to Data Assets, TCO/ROI, and Anti-Vendor Lock-in, positioning Niagara as the core data infrastructure for end customers.
+ **Market Expertise:** Be an expert with respect to the vertical market, including focused market/industry, product, technology, and competitive landscape.
+ **Channel Enablement:** Brief and train customers and partners in targeted markets and industries , developing collateral material as required to sell and service offerings.
