Job Description
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the supervision of project teams and subcontractors
- Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and quality control measures
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and practices
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
