We are looking for a Business Development Sr. manager to lead a team of commercial leaders and develop strong relationships with key clients in the food and beverage industry. This will a key position as leader of leaders, engaging with Ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead a successful Business Development Managers team to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
  • Enable operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.
  • Develop/Maintain great business relationships with our top customers.
  • Co-develop commercial propositions for the different types of customers, based on deep business knowledge. Understand the consumers to get insights and transform them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure the execution of the commercial plans.
