The Sr. Training Specialist is a customs-focused learning and development role responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs for Amazon's broker operations workforce. The position leads onboarding and upskilling through blended learning—remote instructor-led, in-person, and hands-on training—while using data-driven assessments to measure effectiveness and identify skill gaps. Serving as a customs subject matter expert, the specialist transforms complex regulatory concepts (HTS, PGA, in-bonds, duty statements) into engaging learning experiences that drive operator accuracy and compliance. Over 50% of the role is dedicated to content development and delivery, with emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
