Senior Construction Mechanical Engineer (Cleanroom Construction)

Senior Construction Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading and managing building mechanical construction to achieve safety, cost, schedule, quality and sustainability objectives. The role includes governance to ensure mechanical systems serve semiconductor fab and cleanroom environments. The engineer ensures cost and budget planning, monitoring, and controlling for cleanroom HVAC, exhaust, chilled water, fire protection, CDA, PCW and any other dry and wet mechanical utility systems are designed, installed, commissioned, and handed over in compliance with Global Facilities Mechanical Standards, contamination‑control requirements, safety regulations, and Fab milestones including Cleanroom Pressurization, Ready For Equipment (RFE), and Ready For Manufacturing (RFM).
