Job Description

About the Role:

  • The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for the project management of identified key projects related to new process capability, capacity improvement, new equipment platform and value engineering.

    • What you will do

  • Ensure adherence to QCM (Quality Change Management) requirements.
  • Prepare and secure approval of the Project Charter.
  • Form and organize the Project Team.
  • Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Act as liaison between Nexperia’s Business Group (BG) and the ATCB Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations.
  • Facilitate project gate reviews.
  • Monitor post-project release performance.

    • What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Assembly within Engineering, QA, or Operations.
