to join our Facilities Engineering team. You will oversee the planning, execution and quality assurance of engineering and building services, while guiding a team of technical staff to maintain high maintenance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Technical & Operational Plan, implement and review maintenance programs for M&E systems and nonclinical equipment, including sterilization equipment. Investigate technical issues, conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions. Perform reliability assessments, troubleshoot faults and prepare incident/failure investigation reports. Manage claims, licensing requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Lead improvement projects with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
