Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects including office spaces, retail stores, hospitality, and healthcare facilities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to prepare comprehensive cost plans.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather project information and obtain competitive pricing.
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain a cost database for historical project benchmarking and pricing intelligence.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and commercial teams to develop value engineering options and cost-saving alternatives.
- Participate in tender reviews, bid strategies, and client presentations.
