- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, HR records, and HRMIS - Ensure compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, labour laws, and other statutory
requirements - Organize employee engagement, welfare, and training activities
- Handle employee grievances, performance management, and HR administration
- Manage office administration, travel coordination, housekeeping, ID cards, and
vendor coordination - Support basic IT coordination and infrastructure management
