Sr. FinOps Analyst - Italian Speaker, Global Accounts Receivable

Overview

As an AR Collections Analyst, you will support Amazon’s strategic customers to identify and resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts and drive monthly collection targets. You will be self‑motivated, recognize process improvement opportunities, and build strong cross‑functional relationships while maintaining exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Report onsite daily to the Pasay office (Weekdays).
• Follow EMEA time shift (mid‑shift), but may be reassigned to other shift schedules as needed.
• Work during Philippine holidays as required by management.
• May be asked to render overtime during critical and peak times.

Key Responsibilities
