What you’ll do:

  • Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles
  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations
  • Work hands-on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.)
  • Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design


What we’re looking for:

  • ~4+ years in compensation
  • Experience with stock administration
  • Strong Excel + analytical storytelling skills
  • Someone who wants impact, not just execution
