What you’ll do:
- Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations
- Work hands-on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.)
- Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design
What we’re looking for:
- ~4+ years in compensation
- Experience with stock administration
- Strong Excel + analytical storytelling skills
- Someone who wants impact, not just execution
