Job Description

  • Deep command of design principles: typography, color theory, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals: user-centered thinking, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
  • Lead and inspire the design team in creating innovative, on-brand visual solutions across all company materials.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity system, including guidelines for color, typography, iconography, storyboards and presentations.
  • Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a cohesive, purposeful message.
  • Actively contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and push the team toward breakthrough concepts.
