Drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness with high quality

  • Establish a systematic recruitment SLA framework to provide visibility on overall hiring status, flag key issues, and offer recommendations to HR and business leadership teams.
  • Set data quality standards and monitor compliance on a regular basis.
  • Enable TAq Partners to strengthen their capability in using systems and managing data in line with required standards and provide timely feedback and training.
  • Manage the recruitment budget, including working with Finance on cost breakdown, ROI analysis, cost estimation, and payment tracking.
  • Optimize recruitment process and talent attraction with innovative approaches
